Open Night in TA 9

On Wednesday the 21st September 2011, Beaumaris Primary School held it’s annual Open Night.  Ta 9 has worked extremely hard this year and our work showed the high quality and huge effort that we have applied.

A highlight of our ‘minibeast’ topic this term was the raising of our own meal worms.  The students have taken great care and raised them into beetles. What fantastic parents!!!

A BIG ‘thank you’ to all the parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, aunts and uncles who visited our beautiful classroom and enjoyed and all our hard work.

Congratulations to Megan on receiving the Outstanding Achievement Award and to Cassidy on receiving the Progressive Achievement Award.  Well done girls.  You both worked really hard this term.

Easter Fair

On Tuesday 12th April 2011, Beaumaris Primary conducted their annual Easter Fair.  Each class sets up a stall or game to help raise money for the Student Council’s nominated charity.

A huge thank you to everyone in TA 9 who provided the best cupcakes for our stall.  They were extremely yummy!!!! A big thank you to all the parents for their support and help on the day.

A fun day was had by everyone through out the school.

Our theme in Term One is Space and we have been learning about Earth and Beyond.
